LENNY LUNDE, Med, LPC

Lenny Lunde Licensed Professional Therapist, Lenny Lynne Lunden, practices counseling in Austin, Texas with her German Shepherd co-therapists; Randy, Niki and Kaseyana. For years Ms Lunden worked with individuals diagnosed with chronic mental illness. Starting in her teens, Ms Lunden herself, battled clinical depression for three decades. Most often, the depression won the battles. However, as she recovered from these losing battles she began to realize what she had been doing that was not working! As a result, Ms Lunden developed an understanding of depression which has allowed her to take control of her symptoms. Subsequently, she has shared this knowledge with others. Those who have applied the knowledge report significant improvement. It is Ms Lunden's mission to share, for the benefit of others, practical knowledge which has benefited her. Coming CDs and E-Books by Ms Lunden on topics including:
